PACE makes economic, environmental, and community sense- Its a no brainer that for a suffering economy giving the people a sense of independence and money in their pockets– that is how we’re going to get anywhere in this economy. Add to it that through this system as a country we would actually start to wean ourselves from foreign and entangling oil contracts. Lets push PACE through, we need it.
